📐 What are the sizing and display options for the boards?

Our physical boards are designed to be durable, high-impact, and versatile.
Standard sizes are 18x24" — but custom sizing is available.

If you’re printing locally from a digital download, we recommend the above specs for best results.

📦 What’s included when I order a custom design?

Each custom order includes:

  • A 1:1 design consultation via email or form

  • A mockup tailored to your theme

  • Three free revisions

  • Final delivery as a high-resolution print file or as a physical board (if shipping)

We also include printing guidance and support if needed.

🖨️ What format will I receive for an Instant Download, and how do I print it?

You’ll receive a print-ready PNG designed for large-format printing.
We recommend printing on:

  • Canvas

  • Foam core

  • Matte or satin poster paper

You can print at home (for smaller sizes), with local printers, or through online services like Vistaprint or Staples.

🕒 How far in advance should I place my order?

Here’s what we recommend:

  • Instant Downloads – Anytime (available immediately)

  • Ready-to-Ship Boards – Order 4 weeks in advance of your event

  • Custom Designs – Minimum 2–3 weeks lead time preferred

Rush service may be available depending on our current capacity — please email us before placing a time-sensitive order.

🧾 Can I make changes after a design is finalized?

Custom orders include three rounds of revisions. After final approval, the design is considered complete and the sale is final.
That said — if there's a typo or issue on delivery, we’re here to make it right. We treat your wedding visuals with as much care as you do.
